It’s been on my “list” forever! This year I finally made it to the Macy’s Flower Show, http://social.macys.com/flowershow/.
It was the perfect afternoon outing and I thoroughly enjoyed this year’s theme of the Painted Garden because of all the vivid and aromatic fresh flowers. Here are a few pictures I captured on my handy dandy iPhone. If you enjoy flowers this is a FREE event you don’t want to miss.

Daffodils hold a special place in my heart. My dad & I planted a small daffodil flower garden in my childhood backyard and they continue to pop up each and every spring to this date!
